The 10 to whom Paradise was promised

Introduction:
This blog is going to talk about the ten companions to whom promised paradise . (Arabic:, al-ʿashara al-mubashsharūn or, al-ʿashara al-mubashshara) were ten early Muslims to whom prophet Muhammad had promised Paradise. Their lists of names contain the four Rashidun caliphs Abu Bakr , Umar , Uthman , and Ali , as well as the members of the committee (shūra) that elected Uthman as caliph, i.eTalha ( Zubayr, Abd al-Rahman ibn Awf, and Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqas, Sa’id ibn Zayd and Abu Ubayda ibn al-Jarrah.) Each of these respectable companions made great contributions to Islam at its cradle and beginning. Therefore, prophet Mohammad gave them the good news of their admitance into paradise in the hereafter.
Who admits whom into paradise?:
We can say that prophet Mohammad was just a prophet. He couldn’t do anything to anyone in this world and in the hereafter. Prophet Mohammad said to his daughter, Fatima: “Do good things, Fatima, for your hereafter because I can’t do anything for you in front of Allah.” This shows us that a Muslim should do good things to gain paradise. Therefore, he didn’t promise those ten great companions to enter into paradise by prophet Mohammad. Rather, Allah gave prophet Mohammad the good news that Allah rejoiced with these companions and their good deeds. Because of Allah’s satisfaction and pleasure, Allah told prophet Mohammad to tell these companions, in a way or another, that they would enter into paradise. Allah says about prophet Mohammad that he didn’t speak on his own. Allah says about prophet Mohammad’s speech that it was mere revelation.
Why did he promise these companions paradise?
He promised these chosen ten companions to enter into paradise because they accompanied and supported prophet Mohammad. He brought them up and educated at the hands of prophet Mohammad. Allah brought up and educated Prophet Mohammad himself and on his part, as he said, at the hands of his Lord, Allah. Therefore, these greatly respected and pious companions put their full trust and faith in Allah, Islam and prophet Mohammad. Therefore as well as prophet Mohammed felt fully satisfied with them. Some of these companions sacrificed all their money for Allah. Others sacrificed all their worldly interests for Islam and Allah. Another category of these companions sacrificed their bodily health and safety for the cause of Allah. Others got even wounded and killed in the way of Allah to support and even save prophet Mohammad’s life.
The muslim’s attitude towards the companions:
Prophet Mohammad said: ((“My companions resemble stars, whoever you take as a guide for yourselves, you will reach the right path.”)) So all Muslims should know that the prophet as well as his companions were men and women of flesh and blood. They were not demi or semi gods or angels. The prophet’s companions could err and make mistakes. However, they were pious and obedient to Allah and his prophet. They felt loyal to Allah, Islam and prophet Mohammad. The prophet and his companions functioned as role models to all Muslims in terms of their worship, dealing and character. This was why they reached the highest rank and deserved to be promised to be admitted into paradise.
